uzanne Van Stralen, Ph.D., M.S.O.D. has 25 years of experience in Organization Development, management, and work place learning. She lives in Napa, California and works as an organizational consultant/educator. Suzanne specializes in learning and change processes that foster effective leadership, collaboration, and sustainable learning and change through multiple ways of knowing (processes that include rational, imaginal, emotional, physical, relational, reflective, spiritual, and collaborative knowing). Prior to forming SVS Consulting Services in 1994, Suzanne served as an internal Organization Development Consultant for AT&T and Kaiser Permanente. She additionally worked as an Organization Development Consultant/researcher for a Ford Foundation sponsored project that supported cultural change in Xerox, Tandem Computers and Corning. In these roles, she worked at all levels of the organizational system. Suzanne also worked as Associate Director for The Alliance for Employee Growth and Development, a joint labor/management project sponsored by AT&T and The Communication Workers of America. Her experience includes process consultation, executive and staff team development, management and leadership development, large system change, strategic planning, and retreat planning and facilitation.

Suzanne holds a Master's Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and recently completed her Ph.D. with a concentration in learning and change in human systems. She currently teaches Sustainable Organizational Change in a Master of Arts in Leadership program at St. Mary's College, Moraga, California.
